Valve Electric Actuators
QT Series, Series QTPART-TURN
The CF5061GXJYNKR Aircraft Hydrant Dispenser primarily consists of a chassis, piping system, pneumatic control system, hydraulic system, and electrical system. It is capable of providing effective refueling services for various types of aircraft at a high flow rate. During filling, the dispenser removes impurities, dust, and moisture through filtration, and the flow rate is accurately measured.
We have developed the QT series of part-turn electric actuators based on the features of similar products made both domestically and abroad. As an independent part-turn product. it is suitable for controlling butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves that require a 90 degree turn. Both local and remote operations can be performed, making these actuators widely applicable in industries such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, shipbuilding, light industry, food production, paper-making, construction, civil engineering, and power generation.
Teh technical performance of the QT series products conforms to the regulations set forth in JB/T8528-1977, *Specification of Universal Valve Electric Actuators,* as well as related national standards and industry regulations. The protection class is IP67. We produce basic models, lamp box models with site operation buttons, integral models, integral adjusting models, and explosion-proof models (with explosion-proof classification ExdIIIBT4).
Main Features
The case is manufactured using aluminim die-casting technology and precision machining techniques.
Lightweight and compact, the outer surface is treated with flame plating to achieve an excellent appearance.
Easy adjustment of end position stroke control and torque switch settings, ensuring reliable control.
High accuracy of the driving medium, with ball bearings fitted at all rotating positions, providing high efficiency and negligible noise.
The output shaft is driven by a worm gear and can be self-locked at any position.
Mechanical adjustable stops are included for valve end position control.
The manual/electric declutch features semi-automation with electric priority for safe and reliable operation
Ideal outdoor perfromance.
Various flange connection modes are available with a valve stem adapter inside the output shaft for easy mounting and dismounting.

4-20 mA DC valve position feedback signal.
Electric block with automatic adjusting function.
Limit switch for passive control contacts.
Integral control, with local/remote control shifting and functions for opening, closing, and stopping during local control.
Heat protection element for the electric motor.
Space heater located inside the electric control cabinet
Output shaft turn angle can be adjusted to be more or less than 90 degrees.
Additional special function requirements can be accomodated.
