Integrated Boarding Bridge Solutions
Our company possesses the capability to integrate research and developemnt, manufacturing, sales, and service support into a comprehensive industrial chain for boarding bridges. Currently, our independently developed boarding bridge products have secured nearly 70 related patents and obtained civil aviation special equipment licensing qualifications for glass side walls. The advantages of our boarding bridge products include safety and reliability, aesthetic appeal and durability, energy efficiency and environmental protection, convenient maintenance, and low operating costs. Additionally, we have completed the development of an automatic pickup control system that is safe and stable, enabling local automatic mode, remote manual operation, and remote automatic control of the boarding bridge. Maintenance and longevity:
a. As long as the hydraulic hybrid boarding bridge is well maintained and the surrounding environment is clean, the hydraulic oil can be used for more than five years without replacement.
b. A manual bridge retreat device is set on the outside of the walking wheel, allowing for safer and more effective manual bridge retreat actions.
c. The main parts of the hydraulic hybrid boarding bridge lifting system are self-lubricated by hydraulic oil, reducing lubrication and maintenance work.
d. The hydraulic system requires only one drive motor, and all parts are only 35% of the electromechanical lifting system. The system has a long service life and fewer spare parts, reducing maintenance costs.
e. The hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic hoses, various valves, and other components of the hydraulic hybrid boarding bridge lifting system are installed on the side of the road wheel frame beam. Maintenance personnel can perform maintenance on the apron, which is safe and convenient.
f. The top of the boarding bridge is equipped with a full-aisle safety fence to provide more secure protection for the maintenance personnel on the top of the bridge.

Advantages of boarding bridge products
The ground static power supply of the HANER-90 aircraft adopts modern power electronic technology to transform 380V / 50Hz power frequency into 115V / 220V / 400Hz through an AC-DC-AC transformation mode. It is a type of ground static power supply for 400Hz aircraft with full digital circuit control and medium frequency inverter technology. The system uses flexible electric technology to draw power from the existing maintenance distribution box, continuously providing reliable 115V / 400Hz power supply for the aircraft. The system's modular design incorporates EMI filtering and APFC power factor correction technology in the grid input to reduce grid pollution.
In terms of software control, the system employs microcomputer system technology formed by a monolithic microcontroller with data processing capability. The output phase can be adjusted and used separately to meet the requirements of high-quality power supply in different states of the aircraft.
The power supply is developed in accordance with the national military standards "GJB181-2003", "GJB572A-2006", and "MH / T6018-2014", combined with the actual needs of users and the company. It uses high power modules, medium and large-scale integrated circuit control and protection, crystal oscillator clock frequency stability, and features high frequency stabilization, high voltage stabilization accuracy, good output sine waveform, strong protection function, and strong load capacity. The system is housed in a horizontal cabinet with casters for easy movement, with parts layered and partitioned for a reasonable layout. unit is a special air-conditioning
equipment for aircraft ground service.The airconditioning
unit cools, filters and dehumidifies the
inhaled fresh air, and then transports it through blowers and pipelines, which is used for air conditioning in the engine room (cabin, cargo hold and equipment cabin) during route support.
